The Astrodome is reimagined as a media production campus that brings the public closer to the process of filmmaking. A shared walkway guides visitors past mock sets, exhibits, and gathering spaces, offering a glimpse into how films are made while keeping active soundstages separate. Shaded outdoor areas, semi-conditioned spaces, and interior gardens improve comfort and encourage everyday use. The project preserves the Astrodome’s role as a place for entertainment while giving it a new purpose within Houston’s growing film industry.
